Does my startup qualify for free hosting?

If you are a UK company that has registered at Companies House within the last year, you qualify for free hosting. You will need to pay a £1 set-up fee, which will allow us to validate your identity and prevent fraud. If you are about to register with Companies House, please get in touch with us, so we can work with you.

How many websites can I host on my package?

On your Sapphire plan, you can host as many websites as you need, provided you follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Can I install applications?

We have over 200 applications available in our Softaculous one-click application installer, including WordPress, Magento, Laravel, and more. You can also install any other applications you want to install, provided you follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

How many email addresses can I have?

You can set up an unlimited number of email addresses, each with their own 50GB mailbox

What platform will my website be on?

Your website will run on a Linux server that is part of our Katapult cloud server platform, and will be powered by 100% renewable energy. Read more about our technology platform.
