You can set any limit on the number of websites your individual customer can have. One cPanel account equals one customer, but can be as many websites as you want to allow.

Your Reseller package comes with WHM (Web Host Manager), which allows you to add, edit, and delete accounts, as well as fully manage every detail of your users’ hosting plans. WHM is also fully compatible with WHMCS, the billing system that lets you automate everything, from account creation to ticket support.

Our Reseller servers use the same specifications as our shared hosting servers, but are kept separate to ensure you have the resource allocations you need to run your business. Everything is white-label on the servers as well, to ensure your customers only work with you. See our full server specifications.

Our service is fully white-label. From the emails you send to the logo on your invoices, you can customise your Reseller account to match your business.

You can design your own plans within WHM, which means you can divide your resources as you see fit. Offer 25 users 1GB of space on your Unity package or offer 5 customers 5GB - it’s your choice!

You’re free to define how many databases and mailboxes each customer has. However, we do reserve the right to limit on a global basis, in the unlikely event that server performance could be at risk.

If you need more space or cPanel accounts, but not enough to justify upgrading to a higher package, you can purchase additional space or accounts in your Client area.

You are responsible for supporting your own customers. However, we are on hand to help you with any problems they may be having, and our knowledge base is filled with answers to many of the common questions we receive.
