The offer
This offer entitles eligible customers to register one (1) .uk, .co.uk or .me.uk domain name free of charge for the first year of registration with Krystal Hosting Ltd (“Krystal”).
Promotion period
The offer is available from 00:01 BST on 13 May 2026 until 23:59 BST on 27 May 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any domain registration submitted outside the Promotion Period will be charged at Krystal’s then-current standard price.
Eligible domains
This offer applies only to the registration of .uk, .co.uk and .me.uk domains, which Krystal registers directly with Nominet UK. The offer does not apply to any other TLDs, including .org.uk or any domains that are subject to a separate registration process via a third-party registrar.
First year free
The offer applies to the first year of registration only. The first year of the registration period will be free of charge.
Renewals and subsequent years
Subsequent years and renewals will be charged at Krystal’s then-current standard price. Current pricing is available at www.krystal.io.
Eligibility
The offer is open to both new and existing Krystal customers. Employees of Krystal Hosting Ltd, their immediate families, and any party directly involved in the operation of this offer are not eligible to participate.
VAT
All prices exclude VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).

Prices are subject to change without notice.
How to claim
No promotional code is required, as the promotion code will be applied automatically at checkout. To claim this offer, eligible customers must add two qualifying .uk, .co.uk or .me.uk domains to their basket and complete checkout during the Promotion Period. A discount of £7.99 will be applied to the order automatically. No retrospective claims will be honoured for registrations completed before or after the Promotion Period.
Acceptance of entry
Your entry into this offer is accepted at the point Krystal issues an order confirmation email confirming the successful registration of the domain with Nominet UK. Where Nominet rejects, suspends or fails to complete a registration, no entry will be deemed accepted and Krystal’s only liability will be to refund any sums paid by you in respect of that registration.
One per customer
The offer is limited to one (1) free domain registration per customer, and one per household or organisation. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or voucher, and may not be used for bulk, automated, or resale registrations. Krystal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, withdraw, or cancel any registration (and charge the standard price) where it reasonably believes the offer is being abused — including, but not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts, the use of false or misleading details, or registrations made for the purpose of resale.
Krystal’s right to amend or withdraw
Krystal reserves the right to change, withdraw, or end this offer at any time and without notice. At the end of the Promotion Period, registrations of .uk, .co.uk and .me.uk domains will return to Krystal’s then-current standard price.
Third-party dependency (Nominet UK)
This offer is dependent on the successful registration of your chosen domain by Nominet UK. Krystal accepts no liability for any act or omission of Nominet, including but not limited to the rejection, suspension, transfer, or cancellation of any domain, or any delay in registration. Nominet’s terms of service and privacy notice will continue to apply to your domain registration in addition to Krystal’s terms.
Relationship with Krystal’s standard terms
This offer is in addition to, and does not replace, Krystal’s standard Domain Name Registration terms. By registering a domain under this offer, you agree to those terms and to the rules and policies of Nominet UK as the relevant registry. In the event of any conflict between this offer and Krystal’s standard Domain Name Registration terms, the standard terms shall prevail.
