Promotional Period

The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 17 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 18 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time won't be counted.

Prize Detail

First prize

One winner will receive a Nintendo Switch 2 with Mario Kart World bundle, recommended retail price £419.99. We may award the prize as a gift card of the same value instead, so the winner can order the bundle directly.

How to enter

Click the Enter to win button on the Krystal homepage on krystal.io, then complete the entry form using the email address registered to your Krystal account.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per customer account. We'll remove duplicate entries before the draw.

Eligibility

This prize draw is open to existing customers of Krystal Hosting Ltd who hold an active service at the closing time, are aged 18 or over and are resident in the UK.

Accounts that are suspended or in arrears at the closing time aren't eligible.

Employees of Krystal Hosting Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with this prize draw can't enter.

How winners are chosen

We'll draw all winners at random from the valid entries on 21 September 2026, using a verifiable random selection process supervised by an independent person unconnected with this promotion. We keep a record of the draw.

We'll email each winner at the address used to enter, within five working days of the draw. Winners have 14 days to reply and claim. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we may redraw that prize and award it to another entrant.

Prize delivery

We'll send the first prize to a UK address supplied by the winner, and it will arrive within 30 days of the claim. Account credits will be applied within five working days of the claim.

Publicity

We'll publish the surname and county of the first prize winner on this page after the draw, so entrants can see a valid award took place. If you'd rather we published less than that, tell us when you claim and we'll agree an alternative with you.

Data protection

We'll use the personal data you give us only to run this prize draw and to contact winners. Entering won't add you to any marketing list. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Limitations

Bulk entries, automated entries and entries made through agents or third parties won't be accepted.

Krystal Hosting Ltd reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw this prize draw at any time without prior notice.

Additional Terms

The standard Krystal Hosting Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policies apply to all Krystal services, including any service paid for with account credit won in this prize draw.

This prize draw isn't sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Nintendo.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
