All domain names registered at Krystal Hosting will have all registrant information hidden at no extra cost. Your domain name will be in the WHOIS database, but it will have our name listed as the registrant, not you, meaning that anyone searching for your domain will not see your details.

All your domain contact details can be edited in the Domain management section of your Client area.

You can update your nameservers as needed through our DNS editor in your Client area.

Unfortunately not. Once a domain is purchased or renewed, the transaction is complete. Please double check the spelling of your domain before you complete your purchase to avoid disappointment.

As part of our commitment to remain clear, fair, and honest, we do not charge for you to move away from us, and we provide all the tools needed to transfer your domain. And if you need any help, you can contact our Support team.

You can manually control your domain name renewal, where you will have to renew manually, or you can add a card on file and set up automatic renewal, which will raise an invoice 28 days before your renewal date, and charge you when the renewal is due.
