Krystal was headline sponsor of edie 24, the UK’s leading sustainability networking event.

What is edie/edie 24?

edie’s mission is “empowering sustainable business”. It seeks to do this through quality journalism, award-winning content and inspirational events, and edie 24 is this year’s flagship event.

It brought together over 700 corporate leaders, sustainability experts, government representatives, investors and NGOs for two days of keynotes, panels, best-practice case studies and audience-led discussions – all with a focus on transforming business for good.

Some of our team attended the event, and we even set up our own specially designed 'World of Krystal' stand to talk with attendees about how Krystal's 100% renewably powered solutions can help businesses reduce their digital emissions.

The must-attend event for sustainability in business, edie get-togethers are seriously productive. Last year, 92% of edie 23 attendees saw a direct, positive impact on their sustainability and net-zero strategies. This year, edie shifted the dial even further - presentations included clear, actionable takeaways, workshops followed output-focused agendas and every attendee received an exclusive post-event action plan.

Why Krystal sponsored edie 24

In case you hadn’t noticed, we have a bit of a thing for protecting the planet! It’s our belief that businesses have a pivotal role to play in bringing about positive, lasting change, and we take that responsibility seriously. (If this all sounds familiar, you may have read our B Corp certification blog post!)

“Businesses have never been better equipped to solve the climate challenge and achieve a green transition that leaves no one behind. edie 24 is about turning that vision into reality – at scale and at pace.” - Luke Nicholls, Publisher, edie

We’ve been singing from this hymn sheet for years. If we can help raise climate awareness, empower others to take positive action and reduce the harmful impact of hosting, then we’ll do it. And while still providing the fastest service and best support. We call it being "conscious without compromise".

Looking to learn more about how you can make a positive difference with your business but missed what business leaders are calling “the most influential gathering of the sustainability community in the UK”? You can still learn all about it and prepare yourself for next year's event by visiting the edie website.
