Krystal heads to London Tech Week

Part of our mission to help businesses make the switch to more planet-friendly, high-performance hosting is attending carefully chosen key events where we can spread the word. One of those events is London Tech Week 2024. Held at London’s famous Olympia, LTW brings together founders, ministers, enterprise leaders and innovators to talk all things tech.

The tech event of the year

This year’s three-day event welcomed more than 25,000 attendees to discover where the world’s leading technology companies were going to take us next. There were 116 countries represented onsite, with over 400 world-leading speakers and 150+ exhibitors. To say it was the place to be for tech fans would be a huge understatement!

As passionate technologists ourselves, it was a thrill to see how fellow innovators are creating and adopting the technologies of the future. We were delighted to support the event by being LTW 2024 badge sponsors.

The World of Krystal meets LTW

Once we arrived at the venue, we set up our unique World of Krystal stand on the Expo floor right near the main stage entrance to talk to hundreds of forward-thinking entrepreneurs about how Krystal's 100% renewably powered web hosting and cloud services can help futureproof their business.

We had so many fascinating and enlightening conversations and came away with plenty of ideas, contacts and memories from what was a seriously productive (and pretty exhausting!) weekend (one attendee declared us the best stand of the entire Expo!). We certainly enjoyed ourselves too - it's always fantastic to speak to fellow tech lovers who are passionate about technology that helps protect our planet.

While our team were busy connecting with their fellow attendees, they were also dishing out FREE Krystal-branded Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate. Tony’s is a seriously ethical brand that exists to end exploitation in cocoa, so we were delighted to partner with them for LTW. Did you get a bar?
