Introducing Ekosystem and Krystal Cloud

Ekosystem is our new, powerful platform that will be the one place for everything Krystal – your services, support, billing and more. What we will be launching in the coming weeks is the foundation, a completely reskinned hosting client area and Krystal Cloud UI.

Krystal has offered cloud infrastructure for years. You might have known it as Katapult but now we’re bringing it into Krystal where it will continue to grow with the team you’ve always relied on. If you're a hosting customer, the big change you’ll notice is that our cloud platform will be accessible alongside your hosting and domain services.

Ekosystem will be bringing everything under one roof, including better tools for billing, support and managing all your services – all of which will be arriving over the coming months. In the meantime, everything you’re used to will still be under the Hosting option in the sidebar.

Katapult is now Krystal Cloud

For years it’s been Katapult, now our cloud platform is becoming Krystal Cloud. Bringing it fully under the Krystal umbrella felt like that natural next step – same team, same kit, same obsession with performance. What you'll find is a new name, a new interface and in a new home in Krystal, where it’s always been behind the scenes. We’re just making it official.

What’s changing?

If you’re a Krystal customer:

• New portal, completely redesigned
• Your services, data, and login are untouched

If you’re a Katapult customer:

• You are now officially a Krystal customer (even though you technically always have been)
• New brand, new site, new portal – all inside Ekosystem
• Your infrastructure, servers, and configs are unchanged.
