Transferring to and from Krystal is simple
We’re here to make things easy. So we make sure the entire process runs smoothly, whether you’re transferring to or from Krystal.
Transferring your domain name to Krystal is easy!
If your domain ends in a .UK, you just need to place an order for your domain, then switch the IPS TAG to KRYSTAL.
If your domain ends in any other combination of letters, you’ll need to unlock your domain at your current registrar, get the EPP/Auth Transfer Key for your domain, and then place an order to transfer your domain over.
We have a step-by-step instructions available in our knowledge base, and our Support team is on hand to help you with every step of a domain transfer.
We know that sometimes you might have to move, and we won’t charge you any extra fees to move away from us.
If your domain ends in a .UK, you just need to follow the instructions your new host has, and change the IPS TAG in our systems.
If you have a generic domain, you’ll need to unlock your domain here, get the EPP/Auth transfer key, and then follow the instructions your new host provides for you.
