We operate our own racks and suites within these data centres, and purchase our own servers to fill them.

Can I upgrade my server later on?

If you need to upgrade your server, talk to us and we can work out the best solution for your needs.

What do you manage for me?

With our managed server plan, we ensure that your server is online and reachable, as well as helping you with major issues and advising you on resource usage. We’ll also initially configure your Apache and PHP installation, do all necessary system updates and patches, and monitor and provide proactive support for critical software services. You’re responsible for keeping your software up to date and ensuring you have a backup and disaster recovery plan in place.

What operating systems can I use?

Our servers come with AlmaLinux 8, and you can also purchase licences for WHMCS and cPanel.

Can I get more IP addresses?

You can purchase up to 4 IP addresses when you first purchase your server.

We do not take backups as standard, but we do have two additional plans you can purchase that provide you with backups. Backups Pro will take a snapshot backup every 24 hours, keeping 31 rolling backups for your usage, for £40 a month. Backups Premium will take a snapshot backup every 4 hours, keeping 180 rolling backups for your usage, for £60 a month.
