    We needed to upgrade our CentOS version. I am fairly technical, however moving 8 live sites scared the hell out of me. I contacted Krystal and they moved all our sites, kept the same IP and we only had around 30 mins of downtime. The result is nice new hardware and software and best of all, our sites are much much quicker. I was worried about outsourced call centres when calling in, but everyone is in the UK and knows what they are doing. 100% would recommend if you are looking for hosting.
