The client and the challenge

Future Faced started out as a company that designed WordPress websites. As it grew, its service quickly evolved into building full customer funnels to attract, inform and nurture leads. A key challenge faced by the company was the fact its client websites were hosted across multiple web hosting platforms, meaning it had to deal with multiple support teams across various businesses.

Unorganised billing and numerous logins were making client accounts difficult and expensive to maintain. It took too much time to monitor and maintain the multitude of separate hosting providers. Dealing with different customer support staff across different providers (often with varying degrees of helpfulness) also meant it often took hours to get an answer to a simple issue. This ended up costing Future Faced more in time than clients were paying for its service. This was clearly an unsustainable situation.
