We're ready for a full-time Senior Marketing Executive to join our team of highly skilled, friendly staff.

As a fully remote role, with the support and guidance of our senior marketing manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy for our cloud platform, Katapult.

You will be responsible for leading our B2B marketing activities, with the initial goal of increasing website visitors and converting those visitors into users. You will set the overall marketing strategy and execute it, leveraging various channels and techniques to achieve our goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of technical products and audiences.

  • Create and execute the marketing strategy for Katapult to increase website traffic and user conversion.
  • Collaborate with members of the wider business to plan content delivery and social media outreach for the brand with a focus on increasing followers and engagement.
  • Lead and manage all digital marketing activities inducing , content creation, email campaigns, affiliates, SEO and PPC. Working alongside external agencies, when appropriate.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Continuously optimise marketing activities based on data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and prepare reports for management.
  • Work closely with our in-house designer to generate any needed artwork or website pages.
  • Collaborate with our in-house copywriter, while also being capable of independent writing when needed.
  • When required, attend conferences and networking events, working alongside our Developer Relations Team.

Essential requirements

  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing executive role, preferably within the tech or cloud services industry.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to implement digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with a technical audience.

Highly desirable experience

  • Experience with public cloud services or technology products.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PPC across multiple platforms, including Google and Reddit.
  • Knowledge of web design and development principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
  • An understanding of AI and how it can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing tasks.
