We’re seeking two Business Development Representatives to join our team of highly skilled and friendly staff. The salary range for this role is £28k - £30k plus On-Target Earning (OTE) £40k
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our growth by researching markets, qualifying leads, and contributing to the development of a strong sales pipeline.
Working closely with our team, you'll be on the front lines of identifying how Krystal can support businesses with their managed cloud and hosting needs.

What you’ll do:
- Lead generation: Proactively identify and research potential companies that could benefit from Krystal's services.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with target accounts through various channels, such as email marketing and social media.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on their pain points, drivers, and their suitability for Krystal's offerings.
- Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep accurate records of activities and opportunities.
- Market research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Essential requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proactive and independent worker
- A native-level English speaker
- Live in the UK (and have the right to work here)
Highly desirable experience
- Experience in a lead generation role, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets for booked appointments.
- Knowledge of services operating on third-party cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Azure.
- Experience using WHMCS and HaloPSA.
- Experience working for a Managed Hosting Provider.
